This group really was incredible. We were missing a couple of the doctors and our friend stepped up for the 1st that weekend, and we actually FOUND our 3rd at the con center. It sounds like a fairy tale how this group came together and it was glorious.
These girls all have a special place in my heart. and i hope this group forged strong friendship between everyone. All these ladies are beautiful and super glad to be apart of it all
Kinda perfect timing us getting these photos so close to the anniversary ;3
Here is a picture of me as a Fem!Eleven Doctor at Fan Expo Toronto 2013!
Posing with a very scary Dalek!!
(For a first time cosplayer, I quite liked how it turned out :) )
The finale of Syfy’s Heroes of Cosplay reminded me of the Doctor Who group I organized for #NYCC 2011. I think we *might* have been the first people do to the whole group of Doctors as women (with an assist from some friendly nerds day-of). Anyway, it was a really fun time and we ran into lots of other ladies dressed as the Doctor at the big Doctor Who photo meet-up that day. I’d really love to do my 8th Doctor again but no one recognizes me without the rest of them. :)

Submission from Junia:
Hi! I’m a huge fan of your blog :D all the submissions you posted gave me enough motivation and inspiration to do my first cosplay for NYCC 2013!I went as the 11th doctor (series 7 part 2 costume [purple coat] ;)
Here are a couple of pics! Again thanks so much for all the work you do! :D
I think I may have seen you at NYCC! Were you at the Whovian Cosplay NY meetup? (I was Donna Noble.) Anyway, thanks for the submission! Keep ‘em coming!
Anachrotastic at the Michigan Renaissance Festival, complete with cool bow tie, sonic screwdriver (not pictured) and TARDIS mug!
My first rudimentary attempt at Eleven. I have since acquired a red bowtie, and now only require a decent blazer and sonic screwdriver. Geronimo!
A Town Called Mercy cosplay.
Rowley Riding and Driving Club Horse Show, Rowley, MA USA Sept 8th, 2013. This is me, entered in the Costume Class, as The Doctor ( literally - when they called my name to give me my ribbon the ring steward announced me as “the Doctor” ) photo by my friend, who owns the horse I am riding.
My first DW cosplay, and my first cosplay as a male character. I threw this together in a few days, so I know the colors are off, sorry. It was a lot of fun! Would have been better if people there knew who I was supposed to be! Ah well….
